Desired Skills + Experience


  • Bachelors degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 3-5 years experience working as an agency or business marketing manager with strong experience in digital marketing and brand building
  • Track record of success in managing various digital marketing tactics to increase sales funnel, brand recognition and general interest
  • Demonstrated experience developing advertising and promotional campaigns in a corporate environment
  • Strong familiarity with various digital media platforms, including Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Strong familiarity with the latest in digital marketing trends and tactics – specifically paid, social and email marketing
  • Experience with developing branding positioning and value propositions
  • Experience in sales enablement
  • Experience in SaaS (Software As A Service) products preferred, with expertise in positioning and messaging
  • Strong working knowledge of and experience with B2B marketing segmentation
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and creativity in conjunction with the pursuit for stellar and consistent results

Primary Responsibilities


  • Own all digital marketing tactics with the goal of increasing sales funnel for prospective agency clients, building brand recognition for partners and local talent
  • Develop all strategic digital marketing strategies, plans and specific tools and programs to meet revenue goals
  • Own tactical execution of all strategic digital marketing strategies (leveraging outsourced talent as needed). Including but not limited to: brand positioning, branding collateral development, sales tools, website development, content marketing, social media marketing, multimedia production, press and offsite presence initiatives
  • Develop all digital marketing and branding concepts, including copy and content, for use in various internal and external marketing materials
  • Serve as agency spokesperson during presentations, events, trade shows and for industry related press & publications
  • Lead various digital marketing project teams, including subject matter experts, copywriters, designers and outside agencies or contractors to create marketing campaigns, collateral materials and sales support tools
  • Develop and manage marketing calendars and schedules and message development of internal and external related communications
  • Utilize research to incorporate customer and consumer insights into marketing materials, messages and strategies
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
